Same problem here. When uninstall and reinstall client app, the error is gone. When open again, the error is back. If the same user open on phone, no error is displayed. |
We have engaged Microsoft support because there's a conflict with latest Teams update with Azure bot. Microsoft is working to fix this issue |

Same. Web-version of Teams seems fine. Also, if you do not use the bot as a pinned app (i.e. just in the Chat app), it works fine too. MicrosoftDocs/msteams-docs#4249 Teams 1.4.00.27752 does not appear to fix. |

Hi, when a user click on client app: appear a frame with error "There was a problem reaching the app".
This behaviour is very strange because anything is working fine: I send and receive message, no error on Azure and so on and three customer of mine are affected just today.
