Payment gateway issues

We are currently running Umbraco 7.11.0 back office applications. Installed two factor authentication package as per the installation guidelines using developer section. We are able to successfully setup two factor authentication using google authenticator app. After setting up 2FA, subsequent logins are failing with 402 payment gateway errors. One of the solutions suggested is to disable SMS provider in config - table. Looking for guidance on further implementation instructions to locate this config table in resolving 402 payment gateway errors.
