I like opencollective's labeling, particularly the way they tie it to their use of the GitHub Projects feature.

Another example of a labeling scheme used by the GitHub Desktop repo. I'm always impressed by platform examples of dogfooding, and this is a perfect example of GitHub using GitHub to create GitHub tools.
