Dark mode doesn't look great (aka, theming)

I don't really want us to spend a lot of time on theming this early in development. But dark mode (which I think is default?) has a couple of issues:

The OpenFn logo in the Workflow View is hard to see. We basically need an inverted logo for dark mode.

I think the icon in the file explorer doesn't look so good either?

And the red state contrasts poorly (and looks like an error)

Related to theming I'm not keen on state showing in red by default - looks too much like an error. Bold weight and something not too bright, maybe bluish.
