Add question/answer support

I tried to use this model https://ollama.com/monotykamary/medichat-llama3 for the chat but it keeps answering its own questions so it's not that useful :p

I don't know much about AI but would it be possible to detect questions ending and give back the prompt to the user ?

I think this questions format would be extremely useful, most models don't do that and I don't know what I don't know about my diagnosis so I'm sure I'm missing stuff I could put in the chat.
