Since we are getting a green build on Linux OS for the 24.0.9 LTI version, we should check the possibility of limiting the Linux build to run GHA builds only against the 24.0.9 LTI version.

There is no direct way to limit the OS (Linux only) for running the cron job builds, but we can achieve this by checking the condition to identify the LTI tag (24.0.9) for builds. Once identified, we can skip the remaining steps in the job accordingly( mainly we can skip UI Tests)
