Mixing Audio ADC input + I2S RX

Hi
In my app, I have one analog audio input (internal ADC), plus one digital I2S input (connected to an external ADC).
I want to be able to mix them, then apply some audio effects, and send back the result to the Internal DAC.

Reading the Nu505 examples I'm not sure to be able to achieve the above routing ?
It seems I2S is connected to internal ADC/DAC OR external pins ?

In my case, I need Internal ADC, internal DAC, I2S RX from external, all at the same time.

Can I use both Internal ADC and I2S RX, mix audio buffers, apply some simple DSP on this mixed buffer, and send back to internal DAC ?
