Description and goal

WIP (will depend on how the futur chart synchronizer with osrd-ui will be handled)

Deal with TODO GET v2 comments in TrainDetails.tsx and ChartSynchronizer/utils.ts

Acceptance criteria

Handle synchronization for train traveling on several days

Synchronizer has been removed from the app atm
