Change "Security Compliance" to "Configuration Compliance" #179

We are using term "Security Compliance" on website and when approaching public. However, in some conversation, I have found "Security Compliance" may not be always understood as we want. On the other hand "Configuration Compliance" is much better understood.

@mpreisler, do you remember why did we choose "Security Compliance"? What is your opinion on this?

I like the term Configuration Compliance and have used it in a few occasions.

If I recall correctly we used Security Compliance because it was more widely used.

We agreed to change the naming to "configuration compliance".
