Drumroll..... background here
https://www.slideshare.net/cdsouthan/the-iupharmmv-guide-to-malaria-pharmacology-103311134
Pingouts by whatever route are welcome. Note the underlying records are now live in the latest GtoPdb release https://blog.guidetopharmacology.org/2018/06/28/database-release-2018-3/?platform=hootsuite and will be indexed in PubChem next week. Anyone interested in a password for alpha-testing the early front end is welcome to mail our project leader Jane ([email protected]) with a little context (some of you are on our Advisory Committee already :). Slide 6 includes our very own OSM-S-38 from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27800551. We are contemplating if we can add at least a front-runner or two from S4 and S3, depending on persistent URLs for the structures (we could manage the PubChem entries) and confirmed activities. Open beta for the front-end should be towards the end of the year.

Just out of curiosity do you know how many S4 chemicals have been deposited into pubchem? @cdsouthan
