Add "description" annotations to new labware JSON schema

Describe fields with "description"s: what they mean in the context of a labware.

Also add some "$comment"s to make the schema more readable, whenever it gets complex. For example, the logic to set up mutual exclusivity in JSON schema isn't easy to read & understand at a glance, so a comment would be helpful for developers reading the schema)
