Make sure that you published the game via FILE > Publish to Roblox, and also you should set these settings:

Game Settings > Avatar > Avatar Type: R6
Game Settings > Security > Allow HTTP Requests: Toggled on
Game Settings > Security > Enable Studio Access to API Services: Toggled on

At the end of the process, your settings should look like this:

Thats a known problem, you should spoof the animations.
