Hi dear contributors,

the scout_ros folder in the PARC-Engineering-League repository is pointing to a non working link.
The problem is described on the forum : https://parcrobotics.org/engineers-forum/erreur-d-installation-des-instructions-de-la-phase-1
No way to launch the simulation as there's an error.
Can you please update it!

I've tried to fix it here https://github.com/Jeslone/scout_ros
Now it's working for me
