No Matching For Some Sites - Possible Age Verification Issue #1992
Comments
A slight update: Strike 3 (Blacked, Tushy, etc.) are still not matching But, many others are: Bang!, Pornworld, Private for example Do you think this is related to age-verification landing pages? I've tried with VPN for locations like the Netherlands, where I don't think they have this requirement and Strike 3 and Nubiles still won't match. Many thanks for any ideas or suggestions. All the best. |
Just matched Reality Kings titles as well. Issue seems localized to Strike 3 and Nubiles Porn, at least for now. Will update any others that aren't working. |
Ok. Brazzers works. Team Skeet doesn't. Not working: Nubiles Porn, Strike 3, Team Skeet Working: Reality Kings, Bang!, Pornworld, Private, Brazzers |
Perhaps it is possible that some sites are working fine with a VPN (that is, they are working fine when spoofed to a country other than U.S. where many states have implemented mandatory age checks) and other sites are blocking the use of a VPN in some way (as Netflix and other sites throw up roadblocks with many VPNs).?? Just a thought. Would welcome commentary from any other users with similar issues. Based in U.S. state with mandatory age check, attempting to match to sites listed above as not working. |
For me, Strike 3 and Teamskeet work with a non-US VPN connection. However, none of the Nubiles sites (Nubiles Porn, Nubile Films, Bratty Sis, etc.) work even with a VPN. |
Interesting, and many thanks for providing feedback on your experience. This is all helpful. I'm running a non-US VPN inside the US. Strike 3and Team Skeet still giving me issues, but nice to know I'm not going completely crazy as you've at least seen similar issues with the Nubiles sites. In the meantime, I've just been manually adding them, which is a nice feature of Phoenix I've never used before. Many thanks to the developer for his continued work on this useful plug-in.

I couldn't replicate the issue on Strike3, but I'm not in a blocked state. Some porn sites are blocking IPs based on States that require you to provide an ID to access porn (Texas, Florida, etc.) and can only be accessed via VPN. |
That is a cool feature that I use sometimes but another way that is less work would be to use data18. The naming convention is just data18scenes and the id in the url, so this scene would be data18scenes - 1356615. The only drawbacks are that the tags are less comprehensive, if the title is too long the end gets cut off, and it takes longer to match than from an official site. |
Exactlyand thats the confusing part, because I csn access those sites with the VPN but its just that they dont work to match through Phoenix. There was an anomaly about a year ago where Steike 3 refused to match when I had the VPN but would without it. Then, at aome point rhis site block against VPNs wvaporated. Now, it aeems I cant match with or without. Of course Im in a blocked state, so that answers why it wouldnt work without VPN. Still, Ive tried multiple countries via VPN and Strike 3, anuales and TeamSkeet are still givinf me issues. Ill check it ongoing and report any updates. Appreciate your feedback and input here.

Thats cool advice about Data18. A long time ago I used Data18 a lot, but with Phoenix being so reliable and Data18 dropping off the map for some time, I moved away. Ill check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Reloaded Plug-in to latest version, but still doesn't match to any site. I've been using Phoenix for a long time and occasionally this or that site changes its naming structure and doesn't work. But, beginning from yesterday, it seems no site works. I'll list some examples below, but I've attempted with and without VPN, as I found previously that Strike 3, for instance, didn't work with a VPN for the longest time.
Examples:
https://nubiles-porn.com/video/watch/196130/stepsisters-juice-box-s11e8
Nubiles Porn - 196130
https://www.deeper.com/videos/starlet-2
Deeper - 2024-12-12 - Rissa May
Not sure what is different about configuration now compared to previously. Any assistance, including what specific file from the Plex logs would be helpful, is appreciated.
