Flight Task - Additional tasks are not being switched to if no other task is currently running

Describe the bug
Additional tasks (for now - only Orbit) are being switched to through the _updateCommand() method.
The _updateCommand() method is being called only by update() method, but the update() method is called only if there is an active task.
The situation is that additional tasks can't be started if there is no active task running.
