Human cDNA Demo Data

The cDNA demo data can be used to explore cDNA analysis with SMRT® Analysis v1.4.0 and later, or using 3rd party tools like GMAP, BLAT and sim4.

Data consist of base files in hdf5 format only. To use outside of SMRT Analysis, use the pbh5tools to convert to fastq or fasta.
