Bug Report : Incorrect Chat Section Title: Displays 'Title' Instead of 'Chats'

Describe the bug
The chat section's top heading currently displays "Title" instead of "Chats," which is misleading and inconsistent with the section's purpose.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as a user.
2. Visit an organization.
3. Navigate to the chat section of the application.
4. Observe the heading displayed at the top of the page.

Expected behavior
The heading should display "Chats" to clearly indicate the purpose of the section.

Actual behavior
The heading incorrectly displays "title" instead of "Chats."
