Expected behavior

Redstone Comparator should be reading SS2 and not SS1 when reading a dropper with an unstackable item (ie a iron shovel or netherite hoe) is inside it.

Observed/Actual behavior

Redstone Comparator reading from a dropper (or hopper) is worth SS1 per non-stackable item (ie a iron shovel or netherite hoe) and not worth SS2

Steps/models to reproduce

Literally just shove a comparator reading a hopper/dropper/dispenser/crafter and put a non-stackable item in, and read the output (a vanilla tweaks resource pack is useful here)

Plugin and Datapack List

DiscordSRV (v1.29.0), LuckPerms (v5.4.150), OpenInv (v5.1.4), ProtocolLib (v5.3.0), SuperVanish (6.2.20), CutiecordPlugin (v1.2.1 CUSTOM PRIVATE PLUGIN!), JailPlugin (v1.3 CUSTOM PUBLIC PLUGIN).

Issue also occurs with no plugins also present on a random seed

I cannot replicate this.
A dropped with a single unstackable item (in my case an iron shovel) has the comp read a signal strength of 2.

Is there anything you changed in configs? Is this replicable on a completely fresh server?

Also unable to replicate, the signal strength for an unstackable item is 1 while in a chest/crafter, and 2 while in a hopper/dropper/dispenser. Repeated the test in vanilla and got the same result

No config was changed, tried also in a fresh server of the same seed and also a fresh server of a random seed. Also tried in different coords of the server where the issues originated from and was still having the issue. With a vanilla 1.21.4 (from mojang official), the Redstone issues didn’t arise.

If we can't replicate the issue, there isn't much we can do. How are you testing this? What's your build setup?

Hi, sorry, @auserthatlovespapermc is my second account for mini projects, I used an Apex Hosting Minecraft server with the experimental build to do this. I just switched to stable and it seemed to have fixed it.

Apologies for not being that helpful but life got in the way lmao.
