Issue - Enhancement

The README does not states the versions of Redis and PostgreSQL the application needs to work. This should be included for reference for self-hosted deployments and kept up to date in the changelog.

Acceptance Criteria (optional)

People deploying Parabol can:

  • Know database dependencies versions

Estimated effort: 11 points (see CONTRIBUTING.md)
