API_ID: Get this value from telgram.org Or By Telegram Bot TgApiextractorBot
API_HASH: Get this value from telgram.org
PDISK_API_KEY: Create PDisk account then get this value from PDisk API
THUMB_URL: Get permanent image url from @HK_telegraph_BOT
