Expose audit message properties from ServiceInsight in ServicePulse

Note: this issue has #2130 as a prerequisite, which will create the screen onto which message properties will be placed

This issue is for showing message properties for an individual message selected from the message audit functionality in ServicePulse, currently only accessible in ServiceInsight.

Requirements

• Retrieve message properties from http://servicecontrolurl/api/conversations/messageId
• Display properties in a format similar to ServiceInsight:
  • Key/Value pairs
  • Grouped into:
    • General
    • Performance
    • Errors
    • Gateway
    • Saga

The Properties 'tab' should be the first on a message details page
