Expose audit message headers from ServiceInsight in ServicePulse

Note: this issue has #2130 as a prerequisite, which will create the screen onto which message headers will be placed

This issue is for showing message headers for an individual message selected from the message audit functionality in ServicePulse, currently only accessible in ServiceInsight.

Requirements

• Retrieve message headers from http://servicecontrolurl/api/conversations/messageId
• Display headers in a format similar to that used in Failed Messages

The Headers 'tab' should be the second on a message details page
