(RK) I wonder if your tool could support a function to rename them?

(PD) That would come in as part of the work to load and save presets from disk. Not sure I can do just the name independently, but I'll give that a try. At worst I'd need to collect the entire preset definition, then replay it but substituting the name, then update the storage slot.
