New style for map clustering

Clients have noted that some people find the colours on the current map clusters to be confusing, the red on dense markers seems like that are more important than the yellow markers in the less dense areas.

All marker clusters should be the same color, regardless of size, how about green or light blue. Currently the marker clusters are colored differently for 10, 100, 500 counts.
