Crouch Toggle (mostly for Gamepad): Reduces awkwardness/discomfort of crouching

I made very minor changes to cogito_player to get this working.
When using gamepad, it feels so much better to move, look and interact while crouching when the behavior is toggleable.

It works as expected so I assume you don't need to watch a video of it in action 😅

Oh nice! Would probably be worth to add this to the in-game options menu in general.
