LWMA difficulty algorithm

At block height 111,222 we will be switching to the LWMA (linear-weighted moving average) algorithm designed by the venerable @zawy12.

We are switching because profit switching pools have been pummeling our coin since it was created, and it's time to put an end to it so we can actually focus on solving real problems for real people.

This release is production ready. Users must upgrade before July 27, 2018.
