Modify MOIRE wrapper to output expected number of distinct alleles

MOIRE has been updated to output the expected number of distinct alleles (ENDA) for a given number of alleles sampled from the population. The MOIRE wrapper should be updated to take an argument for the number of alleles to sample (or a range of values) and add one or more columns to the He output table with the ENDA estimates.
