  • Switch OpenJDK builds to preinstalled Zulu
  • Migrate Java 7 branch
  • Remove Java 7 exclusion rules from PR
  • Delete Travis-CI webhook
  • Release snapshots
    • Bug: add -P!jdk9
    • Work around GPG timeout
    • Verify with 3.1.3 release that numbered-release detached-head bug is fixed
  • Pipeline for numbered releases
  • Fix slow & flaky unit tests
  • Validation of Dieharder results

Using caching was formerly on the list, but it's been blocked on Azure/azure-sdk#496 (formerly Azure/azure-sdk#162) for too long.

Validation of benchmark results (i.e. requiring a minimum throughput to pass) has been moved to #468.
