With the new version 10.15 some users have said: I can't open Stim because it is from an unidentified developer. This can be bypassed but adds to the list of the barrier of entry. It seems like the go binary can be signed and _ notarized_. http://www.dafscollaborative.org/macuidev.html

How do other brew cli apps deal with this? Feel like that process is overburdensome for normal CI/CD on github. I assume the kubectl/vault/helm CLI's also have to deal with this somehow?
