[Bug]: Limited from posting status doesn't return the error code

• I have checked the repository for duplicate issues.

What happened?

For a while, the mod team is directly banning instead of limiting users from posting because... it won't inform the users why they got limited from posting (basically they can't post) and how long, unlike bans.

Basically it could just generate confusion as of why users can't post as the button disappears, thinking it's just a Pretendo issue and not an actual moderation action for breaking the rules.

What did you expect to happen?

Users getting the error code 598-0009 on Wii U or 3DS.

Steps to reproduce?

Self explanatory, after setting account_status = 1 it should be reproduced. No error code whatsoever.
