Prism version: [e.g. 1.19.0, latest from the download page, etc.]
Plugins: none
Environment: Browser

Description
URL tokenization in CSS does not work with an @ symbol does not work. It instead interprets it as a string.

Example
Compare the following. The first will be tokenized as a string, the second as a url.

@import url("https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/themes/prism-dark.css");
@import url("https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/prismjs/themes/prism-dark.css");
