Add a section for HFTS and Hedge Funds and also change the overall rankings.

Hello, I suggest to add a section for trading firms/HFT and hedge funds like

Jane street
Citadel
Optiver
Two sigma
Graviton
Quadeye
Tower Reasearch
Alphagrep
..and more.

Some of the above names are present in the list but they are under the section 'Banks' which is wrong . Also I suggest to put these in 5 star level and hence change the overall ranking system by decreasing the stars of all the other sections by one. These companies should be at the top as their compensation is 2 - 5 times more than the highest paying tech companies and getting into them is much much harder than tech companies. These finance firms only takes the 'elite' and have both 'quant' and 'SWE' roles.
