User story

As a user I would like to be able to easily discover what has been added to the app and how to use it. Similar to some of these plugins https://fluttergems.dev/feature-discovery-coach-marks/

AC

Create ideal a reusable way of introducing new features to the user
NOTE: The Showcaseview would be a great choice but it's got a limitation of not working with dynamic content (i.e. IntrinsictHeight)
