This scepter is showing

Empower Dropsite: +7.3%
Healing: +25.6%
Empower Train Rate: +7.0%

In actuality it has +70ish something droprate, 70ish something train rate, healing could be accurate but Dropsite and Train Rate needs to be sorted.
