Just happened to see this, but wanted to share my 2 cents:
I don't think a random delay between actions makes much sense; macros are rather standard and wouldn't really have random delays between actions, and it would look less suspicious if you sat there spamming a macro for hours than it would to try to suggest that you sat there for hours manually doing every action.

I DO think though that random delay between crafts would be nice, as far as peace of mind goes.
