Hi! There has been an arbitrary code execution bug found in pyyaml: https://app.snyk.io/vuln/SNYK-PYTHON-PYYAML-559098

It has yet to be fixed, though an active pull request is waiting to be merged: yaml/pyyaml#386

Pyyaml is currently on version 5.3, but bandit uses >=3.13, so when it is merged I will put in a PR to bump it to the newest version!

@lukehinds 5.3.1 Has been merged (yaml/pyyaml#386), once it is uploaded to pypi I merge #588.
