currently we show an error to the user which tries to connect a CVC if one of the endpoints is AWS/Azure app. we should instead not calculate it as CVC at all and show it as regular visual connector.
AWS/Azure apps should be identified by the fact that their cloud provider has no "Apply Connectivity Changes" command and therefore the CVC logic is irrelevant to it and the connector should be regular visual connector.
