Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I weigh myself every morning. This might be a little TMI, but depending on the day I may or may not use the bathroom beforehand. I'd like a way to record that information 😅 I'm sure others would find use in a comment field too!

Describe the solution you'd like
When logging weight, date, and time, an additional optional free-form field to add a quick comment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could use a dated checklist in another app, but it would be nice to have all of the information in one place.

Hi @waaamb thank your for opening this issue:) adding notes sounds like a valuable feature. However, I am not sure if the structure of the current app allows for adding it (or at least easily). Changing the database, risks lossing data, or at least if not done correctly.

And regarding the UI. Do you have a concrete idea where it should be shown. Just on the tabular list (last tab) or maybe vertically in the graph? The latter would allow only for short notes.

Came here to propose the very same thing.

I'd love having comments in the last tab, which would be enough.

If you wanted to be really fancy, you could make the dots in the graph clickable so they would show the note on click. For me, personally, this wouldn't be needed, but it's probably the cleanest way to include it in the graph if it waa to be included.
