I noticed that this extension creates a ~/.vscode-R folder in which it stores its configuration. However, I don't think that this is the recommended location, because I'm not seeing folders for any of my other extensions. Unfortunately, I don't know what the recommended location for extension config is, so this is not a bug report but a question.

  • OS: macOS
  • VSCode Version: 1.65.1
  • R Version: 4.1.2
  • vscode-R version: 2.4.0
