Creating the sign-up page [ Front-End ] for charity

Acceptance criteria:

• signup.html a sign up form contains the following inputs:
  • Email addres : email.
  • Username : username.
  • Password : password.
  • Charity name : name.
  • Charity Address : address.
• signup.css stylesheet file for signup.hml.
• signup.js, javascript file contain validation for input fields.

Unfortunately, this repository is just a practical assignment for "project planning", and it will not contain any code.
