feat: TikTok another version bump

Feature description

TikTok now needs another version compatibility bump

Also as a side I would like a dark mode patch, the iOS version of TikTok has had darkmode for years

Motivation

This one is obvious, but as time goes on more issues will occur

I wonder if it's possible to allow the user to put in a version to spoof. It can auto have a latest, but also allow the user to put in later versions without updates.

.. of course that all falls apart if the app isn't actually compatible with the specified version and the server sends stuff it doesn't understand.
