RxJS contributing | Update docs for withCredentials

Hey peeps,

I've noticed that the withCredentials property is missing from the AjaxRequest docs but was added in #1758 and is in the TS definitions.

Seems like a minor oversight so I've updated the docs locally (using the contributing guidelines).. and was going to create a PR but doesn't look like I can push to the repo (permissions). Not done much open source contributing before so apologies if I'm doing something stupid.

Could someone give me permission to push/correct me or perhaps update the docs for me?

You'll need to make the changes to a forked repo; not to a clone of this repo.

There is a good explanation of the procedure and related workflows here.
