Issue Description

We want to block a user from accessing the profile page and updating the data from the UI.
Close after resolution of this issue Real-Dev-Squad/website-backend#1909.

Expected Behavior

The profile page should be disabled for developers.

Current Behavior

It is enabled for everyone currently.
