Issue Description

Providing any extended extension request is causing the preview modal of ER to push the 'close' and 'Request Extension' buttons to push down below screen

Expected Behavior

Preview modal should be entirely visible regardless the size of ER description

Current Behavior

Providing any extended extension request is causing the preview modal of ER to push the 'close' and 'Request Extension' buttons to push down below screen

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to mysite and click on task on top right corner
  2. In the Task section of mysite raise an extension request with a long reasoning given
  3. After submitting the ER if preview is opened it will hide the buttons to raise further ER s
