On download of Sei, it downloaded all blocks, print("Sleeping for more blocks."), then paniced for The read operation timed out

Fix: After we use the download task, we should rerun through the group and ensure all downloaded properly. Then exit out as the download is done

(Ensure it still loops for "sync" enabled
