PAM Valence should be recoded in PAM.json

The PAM.json file has coded Valence on a scale from 0 to 3 instead of from 1 to 4. These numbers were fed into the compounds, resulting in PAs that are from -3 to 12, instead of from 1 to 16, and NAs that are from 5 to 20, instead of from 1 to 16.

PAM.json should be regenerated using Valence on a scale from 1 to 4.
