I have the same problem with you integration. It does not show any rom. What Retroarch you use? does it matter 32 or 64 bit? Can't get it work to show any Rom.

Can you show me the log files? Located at C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs.
Just everything log file starting with "plugin-n64".
Edit: Also, which version are you using. The integration made by me or the one changed by jshackles. If it's the latter, try contacting jshackles.
