Idea to call it the toolkit or toolshed or toolbox.

Idea to group links into sections contained in boxes:

Professional Help
DIY (Self Help - immediate)
Success Stories
Support Groups
Long Term DIY (Exercise, joining groups etc...)
Science (behind helping strategies or depression or data about stats)
