"false" is appened to jitsi URLs

Description:

I wanted to deploy #17950 but it seems that now "false" is added to the url now... Which makes this feature unusable

Steps to reproduce:

open a jitsi window (with jwt disabled)

Expected behavior:

Url should be https://meet.jit.si/RANDOMID (without the trailing "false")

Actual behavior:

URL is https://meet.jit.si/RANDOMIDfalse

Server Setup Information:

• rocketchat v3.4.1
• Operating System: Linux

Client Setup Information

• Desktop App or Browser Version: chrome 83.0.4103.116
• Operating System: Linux
