Improve Message Form

The current message form is a bit messy

Current

• Replace the several buttons with a single PLUS button that opens a popup
• Make the border prettier
• Remove help message from underneath
• Create reply/quote area (thread)

Hey guys, I believe I can help with this issue!
Here is one idea that I got to organize and improve the hierarchy of this component.

In this picture, I made the normal state and the active state of every action, like plus button, placeholder text, help text (with will only appear when the user starts to type) and the popup.

In this proposal, I used the colors and fonts that the chat are already using.

In the popup, I made 2 different approaches, one with labels and another without labels.
